"A Life of Character"

 By IjeaGraceAngel Frazier, RScP

What a person is, survives them. It can never be buried. It stays about our home when our footsteps are no longer heard there. It lives in the community where we were known. And that same thing; what we are, we carry with us into the eternal world. Money, rank, and pleasure all earthly stuffs, we leave behind, but our Character, we take with us into eternity.

 About our Speaker

IjeaGraceAngel Leslie M. Frazier, MS, RScP

"Ijea (pronounced: e-jay-ah) Grace Angel” Leslie Marguerite Frazier, relocated to Texas almost 3 years ago for a breath of fresh air. She moved here from Oakland, CA, which is less than 20 miles east of the San Francisco Bay. Grew up in San Diego, California before it was one of the major destination getaways that it is today. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology.

She became a professional Spiritual Prayer Practitioner (RScP) in 2000 with mighty vision and a ministry focused in contemporary mysticism (“practicing the extraordinary in the ordinary stuff we do daily”); Meditation, Emotional and Spiritual Fitness, facilitating awakening workshops, “how to” practices (meaning how to set up sacred spaces and establish a prayer ritual or practice) retreats, youth and family chaplaincy (focus on LGBTQIA[1] families) and developing/designing empowerment rites of passages for women and at risk youth.

Lastly, her passion is “listening for the invitation” to serve others as a pathfinder on the mystical pathway of the human experience.

Lisa spent many years in a female jazz harmony vocal trio which took her across the world and allowed her the privilege of performing with the group and as a soloist with The Duke Ellington Orchestra, Tex Beneke and his Orchestra and the Pat Longo Orchestra, to name a few.  She has released two CDs of her own, one in the jazz vein titled “Blue Carousel”, the other is a variety of styles of inspirational music titled “It’s A Good Day.” Lisa can be seen performing at several venues around Austin with smaller groups and as a soloist accompanying her vocals on piano.  Lisa writes a variety of styles of music… jazz, adult contemporary pop, inspirational and children’s music.
