“The Power of Mental Equivalents: Imagine That!”
By Reverend Gena Gilcrease
Imagination is one of our greatest creative powers. Creation starts with a vision. Ernest Holmes said, “We must have a mental equivalent of the thing we desire.” A mental equivalent is a picture of some specific thing or situation we want. Along with the image, we add strong feelings that this condition is our experience now. This belief is the core of mental science: Our thoughts out-picture as our reality. Imagine that!
